The Bid Management team at Ensono is responsible for owning the bid and quote lifecycle, a critical input for pre-sales client pricing. The Bid Management Analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end bidding process for all technical categories including Mainframe, Cloud and Distributed Software, Hardware and applicable Services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including the Solution Architect team) to receive and process pre-sales bid requests.
- Utilize Workday Strategic Sourcing to submit and manage quote requests, ensuring timely vendor responses.
- Track and follow up on the status of all quote requests, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Manage multiple iterations of bidding, providing timely communication and updates to internal stakeholders.
- Develop robust bid documents (e.g., RFI, RFP, RFQ) by coordinating inputs from various stakeholders.
- Ensure proposals comply with requirements to support sound business decisions.
- Lead reviews with bid participants to clarify requirements, scope, and expectations, enabling precise proposal development.
- Prepare and present reports on bid management results, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in vendor evaluations as needed, in accordance with Ensono's Vendor Management process.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of experience in Procurement, Bid Management, or related roles.
- Experience using Workday Strategic Sourcing or similar procurement systems is desirable.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, requests, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Background in IT or Managed Service Providers, with expertise in Mainframe Software and Hardware categories preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, drive insights, and recommend improvements.
- Adaptability and a collaborative mindset, aligning with Ensono's culture of innovation and client-centricity.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $93,000 to $135,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
