• 15+ years of experience as a Mainframe AMS Solution Architect (understand customer problems and devise solutions)
• Strong analytical skills to analyse Mainframe Incident data and Application volumetrics
• Prior experience on effort estimation and Proposal creation for AMS Opportunities
• Adoption of Automation for productivity improvement Year Over Year
• Prior experience of working/leading the Mainframe AMS Delivery Projects
• Responsible for authoring the responses for RFIs and RFPs
• Established strength of being able to engage with clients and communicate effectively as a subject matter expert
• Prior experience of working with a system integrator and building solution offerings is a plus
• Hands - on with technology and being able create demo assets and showcase to customers, conduct PoCs, run enablement sessions
• Ability to interlock, understand and engage with various senior executives of Ensono and Clients to create value prop, content and assets to drive Mainframe Solutions up to winning deals.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 15 to 20 years of Experience as a Mainframe AMS Solution Architect.
• Good communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and management
• Good creative thinking, problem solving, planning, time-management and organization skills to balance and prioritize work
• Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks
• Ability to lead and work in a team environment
• Willingness to travel
