Responsibilities:

  • Execute the MFA India cohorts (campus hires and Fast Track apprentices).
  • Provide oversight and document weekly status from participants.
  • Run weekly team building/challenge activities for cohorts.
  • Lead cohort weekly team meetings.
  • Coordinate and facilitate MFA Speaker Series, Leader Lunch-and-Learn sessions.
  • Monitor participant progress; escalate concerns to MFA Manager.
  • Participate in recurring meetings with mainframe leaders and mentors to follow-up on participant progress and update SME curriculum as required.
  • Assist MFA Managers with prep tasks for each cohort.
  • Co-lead/assist in leading the annual MFA revamp effort.
  • Participate in MFA recruiting (career fairs, interviews, outreach events).
  • Some in-office travel for events required (2-3 times annually).
  • Assist MFA leaders (Sr. Manager and Manager) in executing the MFA program in the US and Poland as needed.
  • Perform MFA program data collection and initial analysis. Clean data as needed. Work with MFA leaders to draft annual MFA Program Assessment report. Collaborate with MFA Organizational Development (OD) Lead on this effort.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
  • 3+ years of Program Management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Able to effectively manage competing priorities from a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including communicating with key stakeholders globally.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products (OneNote, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • 2+ years of data collection and analysis skills.
  • Proficient at using Excel.
  • Highly motivated, strong desire to learn quickly, ability to effectively multi-task and work independently, and the readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude.
  • A collaborative professional adept at engaging trainees and delivering constructive feedback as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience.
  • 1:1 Mentoring/coaching experience.
  • Mainframe education or work experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience with program evaluation methods.
