Business Unit Description
Enovis Prevention and Recovery (P&R) business unit focuses on products and solutions designed to prevent injuries, support rehabilitation, and enhance patient recovery. This segment includes a wide range of orthopedic braces and support devices for injury prevention and post-injury stabilization, as well as equipment, and programs tailored to aid recovery after surgery or injury, improve patient mobility, and integrate digital tools to monitor and optimize recovery, ensuring better treatment outcomes.
Position Summary
This Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role's core responsibilities are centered on financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes by modeling, consolidating, and analyzing variances in revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and EBITDA
- Simplify and streamline planning models
- Critically assess market and operational performance to enhance forecast predictability and financial results
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare revenue and EBITDA flash reports, business reviews, and cash flow reporting
- Develop standard reporting decks covering P&L, cash flow, and central functions
- Support early reviews to provide actionable insights for leaders, enabling margin improvements through detailed price, volume, and mix analyses
Process Optimization and Technology Integration
- Utilize tools like Power BI, Alteryx, and Hyperion/EPM to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy, spending more time on value-added business support
- Drive data transformation initiatives to improve forecasting and reporting systems
Team Development and Collaboration
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills in financial tools and analysis
- Act as the main point of contact for FP&A support across teams, markets, and operations
Minimum Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an FP&A with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools (Hyperion/EPM, Power BI)
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to manufacturing or distribution business models is a plus
- Familiarity with revenue analysis, profitability growth, cost control, and inventory management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
