Role Summary:
We're looking for a highly motivated and self-directed individual to be a Sales Operations Analyst within our Sales Operations team.

You will be responsible for moderately complex analyses and reports for commercial management. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the sales organization by providing data analysis, reporting, and strategic insights to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. You will work closely with sales leadership, finance, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes, improve sales performance, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the sales organization..

Key Responsibilities:
The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making
- Generate and maintain regular sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to track key sales KPIs
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support sales leadership and cross-functional teams
- Evaluate and streamline sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize sales territories, quotas, and incentive programs
- Assist in sales forecasting activities by analyzing historical data, market trends, and pipeline metrics
- Support the development of sales targets, budgets, and plans for achieving revenue goals
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide insights to inform resource allocation and strategy adjustments
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Minimum Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or related field
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Alteryx, NetSuite).
- Experience working in a sales-driven organization and understanding of sales processes and methodologies

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
