Director, Sales Operations

Role Summary:

Are you passionate about patient care and helping people live active lives? As a key member of the Revenue Operations Team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.

We are seeking a strong people leader with a passion for supporting a commercial sales force to join our team as a Sales Enablement Manager in our Lewisville, TX office. This role oversees a team of Analysts who provide the Sales and Marketing Teams the information, content, and tools needed to enable Sales Representatives to sell more effectively, driving revenue for the organization and enhancing Marketer access to the data/reporting they need to properly position their products in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.

  • Develops, evolves, and optimizes a sales enablement program to support Enovis' growth and go-to-market strategy.
  • Provides ongoing analysis to ensure adoption of best practices and utilization of software programs, applications, and tools.
  • Works with Automation, IT, and Sales Teams to manage the rollout, adoption, and knowledge transfer of best practices regarding how to leverage Salesforce.com, PowerBI, and other sales enablement tools and ensure alignment to sales processes.
  • Establishes KPIs, dashboards, and tactical management reports needed to implement and monitor the success of business strategy.
  • Works cross functionally to determine execution gaps in current state communication and design processes, tools, and applications to promote domestic adoption of best practices and excellence in execution.
  • Responsible for effectively managing the activities of direct reports and ensuring the organization's abilities continue to improve through individual development and developing talent throughout the organization.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a training/education role, and/or orthopedic Sales, Marketing, or another related field equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of business strategies and drivers, particularly in a sales organization.
  • Strong proficiency in navigating and utilizing automation tools such as SalesForce.com and MS PowerBI.
  • Experience developing and documenting business processes.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education or related field.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous experience effectively managing people, particularly remote teams and/or teams spanning multiple locations.
  • Experience in healthcare industry or medical sales.
  • Experience working with distributors.
  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance and third-party reimbursement.

  • Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-5 days, and as such overnight, out-of-town stays are required.
