Dr. Comfort Operations

Job Title/High-Level Position Summary: Quality specialist that helps the business ensure that the product meet internal standards of QMS, review operation processes, inspect and examine product to identify and report defects. Strong expertise in data analysis.

Responsible for a variety of moderately challenging activities regarding the ongoing preparation, testing, monitoring of Complaints, nonconforming material and purchased finished goods to ensure external/internal safety. Compliance with Company standards and government regulations.

Duties may include Evaluation and trending of Customer complaints, NCMR. Investigating and taking corrective actions pertaining to quality issues such as complaints and nonconforming materials, communicate with international team, and Customer care regarding complaint handling, perform audits, inspections.

Key Responsibilities: Complaint investigation, Nonconforming investigation, Data analysis, inspections, audits.

• Track, Organize and put away Confirmation Samples

Minimum Basic Qualifications:
Do you have a degree Data Analyzing? Do you have 3 years of experience in quality field? Advanced Excel (Pivoting, charting, analyzing data) required. Candidate should be familiar with charting, graphing, pivot tables. Agile and Oracle experience a plus.
