Job Title/High Level Position Summary: NPI Operations Project Manager

Responsible for creation, execution and completion of project plans for the Operations requirements of new product development projects. Member of cross functional new product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops, evaluate, revises and tracks project plans to identify and negotiate resolution of issues.
  • Escalate as necessary to management in order to ensure projects tasks are completed to the project timeline.
  • Develop supporting documents; supply plans, tracking spreadsheets, task lists and timelines to document or publish project requirements in order to monitor and track progress.
  • Develops and implements project communication methods and plans.
  • Attend and participate in cross functional project teams to provide updates and status to project requirements and timelines.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Operations team members to identify, mitigate and resolve risks.
  • Attend and participate in meetings with product suppliers to monitor or address delivery status to product plan.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification
  • B.S degree in Project Management or Engineering.
  • Preferred experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
