Job Title/High Level Position Summary:

As the Lead Supply Chain Planning Analyst, this position will play a crucial role in overseeing the international Kinaxis implementation and serving as the subject matter expert (SME) for Network Planning. The primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful design, implementation, and utilization of Kinaxis RapidResponse, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations across the business.

This role requires a multidisciplinary and in-depth understanding of various supply chain functions, including product lifecycle management, supply planning, and demand planning. You will use this expertise to analyze complex supply chain challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Kinaxis RapidResponse Implementation: Lead and oversee the international implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse, a supply chain planning and optimization system. Coordinate with stakeholders, IT teams, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation. In addition, partner with other Supply Planning SMEs, IT Leads and Project Managers to develop a Kinaxis RapidResponse Implementation Playbook to assist with future Implementation projects. Act as the SME (subject matter expert) for Network Planning processes. Utilize expertise to develop and implement strategies that optimize Inventory Management and Network Optimization. Reporting and Analytics: Develop reporting capabilities to monitor and evaluate key supply chain planning metrics, providing valuable insights and recommendations for process enhancements. Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to improve planning efficiency and optimize inventory levels. Training and Mentoring: Take an active role in training and mentoring of junior analysts within the supply chain planning teams. Share knowledge and expertise to enhance their skills and foster professional growth. Standard Work and Procedures: Document and standardize supply chain planning processes, ensuring that best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed consistently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with organizational regulations. Multi-Disciplinary Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of various supply chain disciplines, including product life cycle management, supply planning, and demand planning. Apply this knowledge to analyze complex supply chain challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Network Planning Analyst, with expertise in multiple supply chain disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, network planning, inventory management.
  • Advanced capability with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar supply chain planning software.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex supply chain challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Travel Requirements:

  • 25% of the time
