Job Title: IT Program Manager

Reports To: Sr. Director, IT Enterprise Portfolio Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Working with the enterprise program stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements as it pertains to the business resources and engagement.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, IT teams, vendors, and end-users to align project goals and expectations.


  • Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring that expenses are within approved limits and that cost-effective solutions are implemented.


  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success and develop mitigation strategies.


  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure the smooth adoption of new systems and processes by the organization. This will be critical for the program given the significant change in business process, tools, and SOP's.


  • Quality Assurance: Establish quality standards and perform regular quality checks to ensure that the implemented systems meet business requirements.


  • Resource Allocation: Manage project teams, assigning tasks, and responsibilities while providing guidance and support to team members.


  • Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and key decision records, with intention to meet SOX and audit requirements.


  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular project status updates to executive management and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.

Minimum Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).


  • Proven experience managing ERP or major system implementations, ideally in a similar program management role.


  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is preferred.


  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, system integration, and business process improvement. Experience with RICE / Oracle / Oracle Cloud methodology preferred.


  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.


  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Travel: Minimal travel, 10% or less expected.
