Role Summary:
Are you passionate about patient care and helping people live active lives? We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual with a passion for patient care in an orthopedic setting and background in Durable Medical Equipment to join us as a DME Inventory Specialist in Louisville, KY.

Key Responsibilities:

The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.

• Collaborates with Sales and Field Service to manage assigned territory and meet operational targets/metrics.
• Performs routine evaluation of customer clinic needs and works with Sales and Field Service Teams to improve DME program performance.
• Takes the lead in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise at customer clinic locations.
• Effectively communicates with customers, responding appropriately to business scenarios and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Evaluates workflows and communication tools, searching for new ways to improve and accomplish goals through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adheres to all Enovis Compliance and Ethics Programs, OIG, government healthcare regulations, regulatory policies and procedures set forth by clinic/hospital, and HIPAA in accordance with government agency requirements.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

• A passion for providing excellent care to HCPs and patients, along with a strong desire to be part of a team dedicated to achieving extraordinary patient results.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with inventory and/or customer service.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
• Must satisfy third-party credentialing requirements in order to gain access to hospital accounts.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with inventory management software and/or order processing systems.
• Working knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and orthotic products.

Work Environment | Physical Demands:

• This job involves potential exposure to airborne and bloodborne pathogens.
• Physical Demands: Must frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
• Travel Requirements: Requires travel up to 95% of the time using company-provided vehicle. Overnight travel is not required.
