Essential Functions:

From day one you will be a core contributor to the joint goals of the team, which are the development of digital marketing strategies to drive the business. The role will work closely with our team to develop a digital strategy to support our growing Bracing & Supports and Recovery Sciences business; this is a unique opportunity to shape and guide this aspect of our business with end customers. This is a unique opportunity to shape and guide the digital innovation at Enovis Canada and to create awareness of our brands and engage customers in the funnel through to consideration into actionable opportunities.

To be successful in the role you should be comfortable with:

• Working closely with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Conducting comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges
• Providing insights on competitive landscapes, emerging technologies, and industry dynamics
• Customer Management -responsible for the communication, management and execution of marketing activity across all digital channels
• Social Media Management - help drive creating engaging content on Enovis social media accounts
• Campaign Coordination - develop campaigns in collaboration with local and international marketing teams
• Paid social and PPC - responsible for design and setup of paid campaigns with a focus on lead generation
• Email Marketing - responsible for executing email marketing plans. Using an email platform to create content, design and edit templates and set up well thought through automated email journeys
• Website Content Management - assist with the updating of websites, ensuring the content is current and relevant, and supporting SEO strategy
• Performance Reporting - providing monthly performance reports to marketing activity, analyse and make recommendations
• Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful execution

What We Need:

• Bachelor's degree at a minimum, or working towards one
• Knowledge of social and digital marketing strategies and tools; HubSpot, SEO, Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
