Job Description:
Summary:
The Business Intelligence Analyst will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, and Operations Teams to provide world class support to our customers. This position will also work closely with cross-functional internal departments on high exposure projects to drive automation and enhance all areas of Sales Operations support.
The BI Analyst will be responsible for the daily revenue reports, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales review templates, and other analysis.
This job position will assist Sales Analysts by integrating and analyzing data from various sources to create meaningful decision-making analytics. The role will also assist in identifying sales entry errors and coordinating with the Customer Service team for corrections.

The BI Analyst will maintain commercial operations KPIs for the Sales Leadership team and incorporate business analytics to improve and automate reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages, analyzes, and resolves data-related issues.
- Knowledgeable and capable of compiling data from a variety of applications, systems, and sources to create/summarize for analysis.
- Research contract documentation to interpret contract terms, accurate pricing, and special pricing rules.
- Focuses on automation to improve team productivity and empower frontline users to understand their customers and business better.
- Builds, automates, maintains, and reports metrics and dashboards for various levels of leadership and teams across Sales, Marketing and other functions.
- Performs advanced data analysis using SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, and similar tools in order to solve business problems or service requests.
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for translating data into meaningful visualizations.
- Work with other analysts and Business Intelligence team to identity and understand source data system & business requirements for solutions delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Economics, Finance or related field required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience specifically related to data, Sales Operations, or related field equivalent required.
- Experience working cross-functionally among teams and business groups required.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and database extraction required.
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
- Experience with Power BI development preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL queries and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) preferred.
