Business Unit Description
The Prevention & Recovery (P&R) business unit of Enovis focuses on products and solutions designed to prevent injuries, support rehabilitation, and enhance patient recovery.
Position Summary
The Account Manager role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, and orthopedic shops, while ensuring sales targets and company objectives are met. This role requires proactive client engagement, market development, and participation in industry events to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Bracing & Support products to various medical professionals (orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, orthopedic shops, etc.)
- Develop new client relationships through regular visits and follow-ups
- Promote Enovis products to achieve growth targets
- Attend national and local conferences/events
- Stay updated on market trends and provide feedback to the sales team
- Support marketing initiatives and suggest new strategies
- Manage key accounts effectively and coordinate with head office staff
- Keep product and sector knowledge up to date through training and self-study
- Provide training support to key customers
- Maintain daily administrative tasks and follow-ups
Minimum Basic Qualifications
- Background in physiotherapy, sports science, or a related field
- Sales experience in medical/orthopedic devices or pharmaceuticals is preferred
- Fluency in English and Dutch
