Title: Talent Acquisition Lead (Hybrid)
About the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be a strategic talent partner who leverages innovative sourcing techniques to engage top talent for our Corporate teams. In this role, you will focus on hiring for roles across Strategy and Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other key business functions. You’ll balance your time between managing a team of one to two Corporate Recruiters, driving larger strategic recruiting initiatives, and actively managing high-priority searches. Additionally, you’ll act as a trusted recruiting partner to business leaders, gaining a deep understanding of their teams and resource needs to deliver impactful hiring solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Fill critical positions across teams with high performers, in a timely fashion.
- Identify sourcing messages and techniques to identify the optimal recruiting strategy for each role.
- Continuously and proactively build a candidate pipeline.
- Drive a positive candidate experience and support Enova’s employment brand by being a brand ambassador (both online and offline).
- Advise hiring teams on creating a robust recruiting process focused on quality hiring.
- Continuously research the hiring market and recruiting industry trends.
- Organize and drive recruiting projects to completion while documenting the results and takeaways.
- Attend Chicago Tech networking events, Meetups and conferences to attract talent and stay connected with the market.
What you should have:
- 5-7 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within the tech industry and with a Staffing/Search Firm background.
- Proven results identifying passive candidates in a timely manner via creative recruiting strategies.
- Natural relationship building skills, and passion for nurturing relationships both internally with stakeholders and externally with prospects.
- Skills in the art of negotiation, and comfort managing the entire offer process; including salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptances/declines.
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
