About the role:
The Senior Visual Designer is responsible for guiding the visual direction for Enova’s brands and the creation of digital assets for multimedia and digital communications. They design creative solutions for a variety of digital projects and also provide feedback to the design team, in addition to the design manager, on their projects to ensure alignment with the brand and business goals. They collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and work in small concentrated teams to deliver designs that are creative, on-brand, mobile-first and align with technical and accessibility standards. The Senior Visual Designer takes ideas from concept to execution, and also produces work based on existing functionality. This role also contributes to brand assets together with the Design Manager to shape brand visuals.

Responsibilities:
- Work on the creation of digital projects: websites, emails, HTML5 banner ads, blog/social media graphics, and occasional branding and print with business objectives top of mind.
- Lead internal-client kickoff, creative review, and pitch meetings.
- Assist the Design Manager in reviewing projects, providing feedback to the design team on their projects, maintaining assets, templates and team processes.
- Research and consistently implement technologies and keep up with emerging trends in web, email and digital design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Visual Design or related discipline
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience at a technology, regulated, or ecommerce company with an emphasis on mobile web
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge in a variety of software and skills, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite Software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and XD or other prototyping software, HTML and CSS
- A strong portfolio of work that includes a focus on digital design, mobile/responsive design and accessibility standards
- Experience mentoring or managing other designers on a team and providing constructive feedback that aims to improve both the visual design and alignment to project goal/objective
- Strong visual design, layout, file organization and typography skills and ability to adhere to brand guidelines
- Easily partner and collaborate with other designers, copywriters, coders and marketers to develop compelling and creative solutions that are aligned with business strategy
- Are flexible and adaptable enough to rework your designs based on peer, manager, legal, marketing, developer and other stakeholder feedback
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; meet deadlines and be flexible to changing priorities
- Plus if you have illustration, photography, digital asset management or video production skills

Enova Studios is a full-service in-house creative agency. We partner with our brands to concept and create the ideas — big and small — that accomplish our shared goal: selling our products and building our business. We work in small, collaborative teams on internal projects for Enova, as well as each of our 10 international brands. Our services include copy and content writing, digital design, UX design, front-end development, and production.
Compensation:
The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $90,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
