About the Role:
As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for giving new sales reps the tools, skills, and knowledge they need to be effective in Enova’s Small Business sales environment. In addition to that, you will be tasked with improving the sales skill of the team and driving higher production, retention, and shortening ramp up periods.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard and train new hires about the sales process and product specific information for OnDeck, one of Enova’s Small Business brands.
- Host daily and/or weekly 1-on-1 coaching with sales reps, facilitate sales training exercises, and lead call camps with management.
- Prepare learning materials in Lessonly and evaluate results after each training session.
- Train brokers/partners on Enova’s sales process and specific products.
- Make a tangible impact on new hire ramp up, retention, and sales growth as it pertains to specific KPI’s.
- Collaborate across departments to achieve certain sales training needs or influence.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of SMB lending experience as an individual contributor.
- Comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
- Highly focused on executing and delivering as it pertains to training material and training sessions.
- Well versed in Salesforce, Excel, and data visualizations.
- Superb interpersonal skills, able to meet new people and quickly build a working relationship.
For NY-based roles, the budgeted range starts at $120,000-$140,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience. You may also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. More details about our company benefits can be found at the following link: Enova Benefits.
