The Retention Marketing Strategist is responsible for creating, optimizing, and evolving eMoney’s retention marketing strategies to support enterprise firms, creating informed, engaged, and loyal advocates. With a focus on fostering awareness, engagement, and retention for eMoney’s product offerings and solutions, this role possesses a keen understanding of our Enterprise clients’ unique needs and challenges and an unwavering desire to forge powerful partnerships.

Job Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, and evolve targeted retention marketing strategies designed to proactively engage and reactively save strategic business relationships.

• Support high profile, sensitive and strategic scenarios – building campaign messaging, segmentation, etc. – for relationships undergoing mergers, acquisitions, migrations, rollouts, and more.

• Facilitate advisor communication strategy designed to foster awareness, engagement and retention across enterprise audience – while responding to an evolving enterprise landscape and delivering a stellar client experience.

• Effectively communicate product enhancements to enterprise home offices and advisors, developing and executing multi-channel plan that keeps clients informed, educated and connected to our products and services.

• Work in close partnership with Relationship Management to execute strategy for keeping home offices informed and engaged – impacting this strategic audience responsible for enterprise client success.

• Oversee Communications Resource Center (CRC) strategy – including content strategy aligned to common enterprise themes, home office training and education, etc. – and leverage as part of broader home office strategy.

• Partner with Sales on recommendations for strategic retention marketing support, including Premium Comm Support, as needed.

• Represent retention marketing and communication support externally when appropriate, as a means to strengthen strategic relationships.

• Leverage usage data and client feedback to evaluate program results to optimize broader strategies and targeted projects as needed.

• Develop outstanding relationships with key business partners, working closely together to gain buy-in and collaborate on business objectives

• Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our company’s tone and mission by creating clean, concise, well-polished copy.

• Manage and build various email campaigns, including the campaign layout, segment building, design templates, calls-to-action, and content used in email outreaches.

• Build and execute in-app communication strategies that inform and engage enterprise clients from directly within the eMoney platform – tracking outreaches in one, cohesive calendar view.

• Adapt to changing business needs by modifying plans and adjusting strategies and deliverables effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, business management or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.

• 3-5 years of retention marketing experience including segmentation and personalization; experience across channels including email, in-app, and SMS.

• In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools, preferably Eloqua.

• Experience using tools including WordPress, Contently, Everbridge, and Microsoft Office.

• Experience with eMoney’s application is preferred but not necessary

The salary range for this position is $74,000 - $95,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise.  This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time of
