The Enterprise Solutions Analyst plays a critical role in the partnership between eMoney business stakeholders and the Enterprise Solutions team with a focus on driving operational excellence in the delivery of strategic sales and engagement initiatives. With a focus on the full lifecycle of sales and engagement operations, the Enterprise Solutions Analyst builds and executes a backlog of improvements, optimizing and maximizing the value of our internal technology stack and Enterprise Solutions Roadmap.

Bringing subject matter expertise in sales and engagement processes and strong operational and systems acumen, the Enterprise Solutions Analyst provides solutions to drive business objectives. In addition to providing excellent service to internal partners and supporting end users, this role translates data into action which leads to increased sales velocity and revenue generation.

To be successful, the Enterprise Solutions Analyst works collaboratively and closely across teams, collecting and translating functional requirements into valuable operational and technical solutions, while providing end user support. The Enterprise Solutions Analyst acts as a systems administrator and project manager, maintaining strong vendor relationships and driving excellence across the systems that enable revenue growth for our business.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Initiative Execution: Identify, design, and scope business process automation and data and analytics initiatives resulting in operational improvements that drive sales and client engagement, aligning with strategic objectives 
  • Solution Design: Apply technical and operational subject matter expertise to influence solution design related to sales and engagement business systems
  • Drive Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of prioritized Sales and client engagement features and initiatives through positive partnership with integration and development teams by creating detailed functional and technical requirements for system enhancements that support the vision of high-performing sales and client engagement operations
  • Prioritized Execution: Engage in activities across the initiative lifecycle: defining, designing, testing, and change management related to business processes and application features for immediate and continual positive impact on our business (e.g., sales automation for sales playbook, account strategy, renewal execution)
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration among various departments to ensure alignment and support for sales and client engagement initiatives, breaking down silos and enhancing communication
  • Project Management: Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, timelines, and budgets, and coordinating efforts across various teams utilizing Asana
  • Change Management, Training and Development: Design and participate in UAT and training efforts, including documenting use cases and acceptance criteria for application enhancements, process optimization initiatives, and best practices, with seamless handoff to Sales Enablement and driving solution adoption
  • Communication: Develop documentation on operational and systems-related business and automated processes, new and updated functionality to generate and maintain alignment within and across teams and communications plans related to Sales and client engagement events and efforts
  • Vision: Actively contribute to the Enterprise Solutions Roadmap and Information Systems backlog, collaborating with and effectively communicating between business stakeholders and the teams on prioritization

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a business analysis capacity, program management, technology consulting role, or an information technology function
  • Previous experience with Salesforce CRM, including executive dashboard design and execution
  • Ability to administer project management and sales enablement tools (e.g., Asana, Seismic, Gong)
  • Proficient carrying out data analysis, writing formulas, performing calculations, and manipulating spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in the financial services or fintech industry 
  • Familiarity with eMoney Advisor’s products and services

The salary range for this position is $86,000 - $116,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise.  This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
