Who We Are:
Elliot Hospital’s Women's and Children's Services are dedicated to addressing the specific health and wellness needs of women and their children. Elliot treats more pediatric patients than any other non-teaching hospital in Northern New England, and is the only Pediatric/Adolescent Center in Greater Manchester. The Pediatric/Adolescent Center has a 17 bed capacity. We care for ill and injured children year round, with an average of 925 patients per year.
About the Job:
The Registered Nurse in Peds will treat individuals who may need treatment in areas of telemetry, orthopedics, infections, respiratory, diabetes, GI, substance exposed infants, infants needing G-tubes wound care, seizures, pain management, sickle-cell disease, emergency, asthma, immunizations, and autism.

What You’ll Do:
- Embraces and promotes change to support optimal patient outcomes and an effective professional practice environment.
- Involves patient/family in goal setting and planning, and communicates that plan of care to patient and family for input; and to colleagues to ensure seamless care across shifts and settings.
- Utilizes current evidence and relevant national/specialty standards to guide practice and/or performance and identifies areas for improvement.
- Demonstrates competent clinical practice utilizing clinical decision making and critical thinking skills.
Who You Are:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ASN or BSN – BSN preferred)
- Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate licensure as Registered Nurse required
- Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment – ACLS preferred
