[Dr.Jart+] Product Marketing
This position is responsible for the holistic product marketing strategy, full product portfolio management and pricing planning and partnering with regional affiliate to achieve the brand objectives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. New product launch planning / calendar, pricing, and implementation
2. Brand product portfolio management across channels
3. Align and engage with stakeholder (internal team and regional market) on the new launch implementation across channels
4. Developing competitive product marketing strategy and management
Supporting to plan short-mid-long term product marketing calendar aligning with brand strategy and portfolio management across channels

- Execute to update global innovation calendar change, and deliver the updated calendar to regional product marketing in timely manner
- Analysis the franchise data in charge to conduct range reviews and make recommendations for discontinuations
Supporting to lead and implement global new product launch plan to get achieve brand objective
- Partner with Consumer marketing to develop new product strategy to support the product marketing to provide strategic recommendations for the annual innovation calendar
- Prepare new product info and launch strategy deck with consumer marketing team and stakeholders to deliver the insight of the market trend, competitors activity, category performance for successful launch, align with regional marketing in timely manner
- Partner with consumer marketing and education to build up new launch key unique selling point, key product benefit and local relevancy in line with latest consumer insight and market trends
- Support to analysis product margin and final pricing recommendation
Product Marketing Operation
- Develop set offer of the franchise in charge for global set calendar
- Alight with Legal marketing and R&D to develop competitive claim for key hero product in line with latest market trend
- Align with consumer marketing to reflecting the latest updated product unique selling point to update product information to region in timely manner
- Partner collaborative with SCM, Product development, design team to determine new product / set launch timeline
Market Data Analysis
- Market trend analysis to support innovation
- Market Sales analysis
- Continuously update sales data to decide on discontinuation list to have optimal sku rationalization and forecast accuracy
- Pricing Analysis: Provide annual pricing architecture and guidelines to implement pricing strategy
Qualifications
1. Knowledge of skincare cosmetic brand management principles and practices
- Knowledge of skincare cosmetic brand strategy development
- Comprehensive understanding of skincare product development process
- Good knowledge of product marketing principle and many years of practices
2. Insight of global market trend through the market research and data analysis
- Analytical and market research skills / strategic planning skills
- Ability to understand data
3. Passionate and proactive leadership
- Ability to interact positively and professionally with colleague from globally diverse cultural background
- Good interpersonal skill
- Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented
4. Well organized, good communication and reporting skills
5. 2-6 years of relevant work experience
6. Proficient in both Korean and English is necessary
