MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Strategy Development & Budget Management (50% of workload)
• Devise a robust Paid Media strategy for B.com, leveraging insights from our dedicated e-activation specialists.

• Craft a comprehensive regional master plan, detailing budget, ad formats, channel mix, and content alignment.
• Steward the Paid Media budget, advising on allocation strategies to maximize engagement and ROI across all phases and platforms.
• Collaborate closely with regional Paid Media agencies and e-activation specialists to coalesce plans and briefings.
• Empower e-activation specialists with astute recommendations, guiding the creation of assets that supercharge Performance Paid Media campaigns.
• Vigilantly assess and challenge the regional Paid Media agency's budgeting strategies, ensuring fiscal precision and strategic amplification.
Execution & Performance Analysis (50% of workload)
• Oversee the day-to-day execution of Paid Media strategies, meticulously tracking and measuring results to ensure campaign success.
• Ensure that Paid Media executions align seamlessly with strategic briefings and timelines.
• Dive deep into agency reports on a weekly basis, extracting insights and identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Innovate through conducting performance media tests, constantly pushing the envelope to enhance our reach and impact.
• Hold the agency accountable for performance, engaging in proactive dialogue to refine and uplift our KPIs.
• Craft detailed reports on campaign outcomes, distilling data into actionable insights to propel future campaign strategies.
• Manage the Performance Paid Media budget with end-to-end ownership, from spending oversight to purchase order management and spend reconciliation, all while ensuring alignment with Regional Online Managers.

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ yrs demonstrable expertise in Paid Media, acquired through roles in external agencies or in-house positions
• Comprehensive skills in managing traffic across various platforms and levers
• Solid background in a Media Agency setting, enriched with hands-on experience
• In-depth knowledge of key Paid Media Tools, including but not limited to Google Ads and Meta platforms
• Proficient in data analytics with a strong emphasis on insightful reporting and performance evaluation
