POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a key integral member of the Origins Global Marketing team, this individual will be play a key role in the development and management of the brand's overall global public relations strategies and programs. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the transformation of a brand that has been at the forefront of natural skincare since the beginning. This role will also strategize, develop and drive an always-on influencer marketing strategy to continue to build brand equity while significantly increasing brand awareness and desirability in all markets.

• Craft compelling press releases, pitches, and other written materials that effectively communicate brand messages and storylines for global product launches, brand campaigns, FSS news & more; craft PR responses for international press Q+A submissions
• Monitor media coverage and track PR campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports to internal stakeholders
• Create and actualize annual Global Communications calendar including launches, media relations, product storylines, strategic pitches, events and partnerships
• Create highly engaging presentations on influencer strategies, insights & results for brand management meetings, global roundtables and conferences
• Work cross-functionally to ideate and realize powerful 360 brand initiatives that drive aspiration, awareness and multi-channel engagement (creative, product marketing and consumer engagement), and generate high-caliber content to leverage across global social platforms
• Partner closely with ELC's Global Corporate Communications & CE teams to integrate best practices
• Help drive execution of large-scale immersive Global activations that create meaningful storytelling surrounding Origins and hero products.
• Perform competitive analysis, industry research, assessment of best practices & KPIs in a consistently changing landscape.
• Assist Executive Director with brand philanthropy efforts, as needed.
- Brand Gatekeeper / Crisis Management: Address all public concerns and social responsibility issues related to brand in a timely and proactive manner, in partnership with Executive Director and ELC Corporate Communications leads.
• In partnership with the Executive Director, drive creation and execution of always-on Influencer Marketing Strategies to garner buzz, increase engagement and drive conversion, as aligned with business objectives and goals; manage design/finalization of Influencer Playbook.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty editors, influencers, and industry professionals to secure media placements in relevant publications and platforms
• Develop and drive press/influencer activations, content briefs & mailer ideation for launches/campaigns
• Manage master talent list and guiding regions on how to strengthen existing relationships, recommending up-and-coming talents, updating and optimizing global network in real-time

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,500 to $135,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: (Academic, Professional, Relevant Job Knowledge)
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7 years relevant experience
• Able to demonstrate experience in digital platforms, content development, PR, social media and consumer marketing; passion for digital trends
• Well-versed in the media landscape, with significant experience in direct media pitching
• Strong writing skills and storytelling abilities
• Proven track record of product launch press with print and digital outlets
• Proven PR track record, strategic mindset, creative, team player and budget management
• Experience managing and negotiating with external partners (Agents, vendors)
• In-depth understanding of social media platforms (specifically Tik Tok and Instagram)
• Strong creative judgement to recognize what is on brand as well as on trend; finger on the pulse
• Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with can-do attitude; thrives in fast-paced environment and has the ability to prioritize/manage multiple projects seamlessly
• Highly collaborative, team player with the ability to interface across many cross-functional departments, senior leadership teams as well as vendors and agencies
• Strong global experience with a deep knowledge for local needs and nuances
• Creative problem solver able to thrive in fast paced environment
