Job Summary:
The Manager, Global Marketing & Site Optimization will help to manage online marketing and site features and functionalities for MAC's lip and skincare categories. They will be responsible for all lip and skin-related launches end to end including any associated site innovation and capabilities. They will report to the Executive Director, Global Ecommerce & Site Optimization and also lead personalization, AB testing, and be a key partner to our corporate online team's site modernization efforts.
Responsibilities:
Marketing / Merchandising Strategy
• Own Global online calendar of new product launches while attending campaign (ie. Creative Concept Briefing, 360 meetings) related meetings to understand product launches, concepts and marketing hierarchy for each program

• Ensure all necessary assets are requested into Global Creative Requests. Attending frequent meetings on these programs, answering daily questions on any checklist / program information coming from the 360 teams
• Own rollout timeline and develop detailed documentation including build, merchandising, and marketing guidelines for product categories owned
• Conduct post-mortem reporting and analysis of campaigns for cross-functional sharing and gathering of best practices for future campaigns
Site Optimizations
• Identify opportunities to improve site experience through new technology and site enhancements, optimize customer experience and site conversion by analyzing consumer behavior and multivariate testing
• Own Global Online Budget and Regional Budget Guidance with support from Executive Director, Global Ecommerce & Site Optimization
• Work with Group Product Manager to communicate brand priorities and understand timeline for corporate online's site modernization efforts
• Fully understand site features and functionalities, become an expert in Drupal CMS's features and capabilities. Inform internal and cross-functional teams of CMS's capabilities and limitations and problem solve solutions to bring capabilities to life

Qualifications:
• A consumer-first orientation: you think about products from the end users' perspective, and have experience with relevant tools
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Content Square analytics platform and basic HTML/CSS a plus
• Must be able to successfully track and manage multiple projects within given deadlines providing timely and consistent updates to necessary stakeholders.
• Motivated to proactively, creatively and independently problem solve and prevent issues to maintain site standards and brand alignment
• Ability to successfully adapt to change based on business and market needs
• Convey a positive, 'can-do' attitude towards tackling and resolving issues
• Familiarity with ecommerce industry trends and best practices
• Interest or knowledge of beauty industry a plus
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Photoshop / Acrobat Professional a plus).
• BA/BS required.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,500 to $135,500 Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
