[Dr.Jart+] Digital Designer
The Digital Designer will partner closely with both the Digital and Design Director to design interactive and still content for social digital platforms- current and emerging. The Digital Designer will delivery of strategic content across the brands digital ecosystem, including brand.com, retailer.com, social platforms, and global digital 360 programs.
Decision Making
- Partner with Manager and Creative Director of 360 Campaign on multi-media and cross touchpoint visual execution of brief (including photography, video, and native in-app content creation)
- Ensure that projects delivered are on brand, within budget, and on time
- Stay current with industry/advertising/cultural trends

Independence of Action and Accountability
- Strong design skills - with ability to conceptualize & execute visually compelling branded content for .com, email, social, etc.
- Web design system management & update
- Design settings according to retail channel expansion, Shooting for online promotion
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and be enthusiastic about bringing new design ideas to the table
Problem Solving
- Work in close partnership with Content Production team to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met, within budget
- Collaborate effectively with creative leadership, copywriters, online team and product marketing teams to craft brand and content strategy
- Work with creative operation team on design and delivery of top quality, high-impact creative
Qualifications
- BA or BFA required in related field
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience within agency or in-house Creative team
- Expert level experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesgin, Photoshop, Illustrator), HTML skills a plus - within Mac environment
- Proficiency in prototyping with tools such as InVision and Figma
- Creative portfolio demonstrating scope of creative capabilities, with a focus on digital design, art direction, and fresh digital media projects.
- Portfolio of UX-focused work samples for web and mobile applications
- Strategic and conceptual thinking, with passion for innovation and disruption
- Highly driven and energetic, proactive and takes initiative
- Superior organizational, time-management and collaboration skills
- Awareness of emerging technologies and platforms
- A very strong visual sense across layout, photography and typography
- Proficient in both Korean and English
