Key Performance Areas and Description
1. Execution of Store Education Programs:
• Lead customized Education execution including virtual training and store coaching at every level, across retail SMC (including SSB) channels and for all brands
• To have strong understanding of each Brand's DNA to drive brilliant brand Education execution through virtual coaching
• To attend Educator's training programs in order to understand and support brand sales strategy and objectives; and follow-up with store coaching at all Point-of-Sale doors, to maximize Education programs
• Coach and motivate store teams to develop their competencies by leading by example in selling skills, make up, skin care, hair care and fragrance knowledge - teach by example

• Drive store coaching, via a planned monthly Education Calendar, shared with the Education Lead, that complement the business objectives
• Utilize specific Education tools, post the Education programs, that meets individual brand and channel needs
• Support District Managers and Retail team in solving specific store Education problems related to a BA's individual coaching needs
• Keeping up to date with developments in training by reading; attending Education Seminars and courses when necessary
• Provide feedback on POS Education progress and field needs as part of the Education meetings via a coaching store visit form shared with Education Lead
• Customer Complaints - Consumer Complaint - To handle consumer complaint escalation within 48hrs and turnaround, when needed
1. Digital Education:
• Virtual induction sessions for new joiners to be conducted twice a month - 7 days each batch
• Implement eLearning to ensure education of products, new innovation with learning and engage teams.
• Be a Brand Expert internal influencer who can create social media momentum, following and sales
• Weekly meetings with the Education Lead. (Update weekly Education programs, share best practices, also share education related issues if any)
• Conduct virtual store visits to develop team's productivity and identify opportunities for further growth.
• Supporting with the makeup round assessment and feedback for ELC BAs hiring
1. Admin
• Work on own monthly roster covering top doors and concern doors
• Education Calendar to be filled in 2 months in advance with induction dates
• Under Line-Manager's surveillance - Manage budget in relation to Education programs by planning Education schedules, maintain travel and expense report, field Education budget and Education material inventory
