As a Consumer Engagement Coordinator for Darphin, you will contribute to improve global brand awareness, desirability and engagement by optimizing the Content creation, Social, Influence and PR touchpoints, as well as the creation of the Instagram grid on a monthly-basis, the activations of Influencers and the PR/ePR operations.
MISSIONS:
- Content/Social Media:
- Definition of the Social content strategy all year long with the Senior Manager and the Brand & Product Marketing team:
• Build Social Media Creative briefs + follow up to create the monthly Social content calendar
• Posting strategy (cadence orchestration between all kind of contents: reels, stills, stories and UGC)
• Brief and translation for social media captions (1 / month)

• Legal validation process of all social content to ignite and follow up (1 / month)
• Monthly Performances reporting (owned &earned)
• Support on social media shootings for content (reels, institutional social content)
• Community management
- Benchmarking of competition content strategy
- Influence/PR:
- Definition of the Earned/Influence marketing strategy, hand in hand with the Senior Manager and the agency all year long:
• Define strategy to build relevant UGC production, to improve brand awareness, desirability and engagement
• Brief, organize and lead conversations and back&forths with influencers and the agency, to orchestrate the activations
- Participate in Press Releases elaboration from brief to creative layout
- Markets Coordination & Drive:
- Coordinate the markets on an international scope on all consumer engagement related topics (incl. local Instagram accounts, local paid media strategies & activations, local influencers strategies & activations, ad hoc reporting) + follow-up with the markets
- Ad-hoc projects:
- Support in the design of all the Consumer Engagement presentations, to be shared with the top management, markets and regional teams
- Competitive analysis (Social, in store, ...) / Best practices identification
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Fluency in French and English is a mandatory
- Social media & cosmetics/luxury savvy
- Creative
- Autonomy / proactivity
- Analytical / synthetic
- Conscientiousness and precision in projects follow-up
- Mastery of basic tools Word, Excel, PPT
- Flexibility & ability to handle several projects / stakeholders / key contacts
- Interest for luxury & beauty industry is critical
- Someone who enjoys creative writing is a plus
