This role covers key cities such as London, Derby, Canterbury and Brighton.
The Area Sales & Education Manager is accountable for the overall delivery of retail sales and key KPIs of their business area sales as well as demo budget through exemplary service delivery and high touch customer service. They will build a high performing team whilst fostering a consumer-focused culture.
WHAT THIS ROLE DOES
- Recruiting, leading, and developing the Point of Sale Management teams to consistently deliver Brand expectations on sales and service, operations and product,
- In collaboration with Point of Sale Management team, defining the commercial strategy for each business location, setting objectives and delivering operational excellence through the Brand Strategy
- Train, coach and develop Point of Sale Managers. Delegate and empower management teams to run the business successfully. Conduct required performance reviews and appraises based on performance goals and KPI's.
- Deliver Brand education via the digital tools and resources available to upskill Point of Sale teams
- Coach the Point of Sale teams on Consumer Service, sales techniques and product knowledge to improve performance, driving consumer recruitment and retention strategy to grow a loyal consumer base.
- Ensure Point of Sale Management teams maximise profitability through commercial stock Management, visual merchandising and replenishment, taking appropriate action where necessary.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESFUL IN THIS ROLE
- Inspirational Leader, confident in leading and developing managers and teams
- Multi-site management experience in high turnover retail and/or consumer service sectors is essential
- Strong people Management experience including training and coaching high performing teams. Distance management is essential
- Ability to use technology to enhance communication and information cascade
