This new center will initially deliver Finance, Human Resources and Legal services to ELC employees across several geographies and time zones. Through a new innovative service minded approach, this center will redefine service standards globally at ELC. This new GBS team will provide a one-stop-shop solution for the ELC businesses, supported by new customer engagement insights, new systems, and new reporting. In addition to delivering exceptional service to the ELC businesses each day, the GBS team will also be responsible for continuously streamlining work in pursuit of growing its service offering in support of achieving ELC's strategic and business objectives. Position Overview
The Senior Analyst will be Implementing Continuous Improvement projects across functions, such as process streamlining for OneSource processes that cover multiple functions, capacity creation through identification of automation and integration opportunities, SLA improvements via process analysis and improvement / elimination of hold times and backlogs, to cite a few examples. The results from these analyses enable services to balance and absorb more workload with minimal additional hiring, increasing OneSource productivity and cost efficiency, and generating savings for OneSource and its customers.
Business Insights & Analytics and Operational Reporting
Responsibilities:
• Support efforts to drive adoption of the OneSource Operational Performance metrics program and supporting systems, processes and reporting locally.
• Perform data analysis and mining on end to end process and customer journey analytics in support of customer inspired business insights.
• Be proactive in identifying potential new analytical projects to extract knowledge from raw data and transform it into meaningful and impactful information.
• Monitor performance of OneSource Operations locally and provide daily oversight and review to cite trends and opportunities.
• Becomes the subject matter expert in process analytics leveraging top notch process mining tools to identify process variants, bottlenecks, loops, correlation analysis whilst generating meaningful insights
• Design and implement data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate insights effectively
Continuous Improvement
Responsibilities:
• Identify improvements related to performance metrics.
• Acts as a change leader and drive transformation in collaboration with internal BU's and Vendor
• Develop and implement quality improvement and process changes to achieve greater efficiencies and workflows between internal business units and GBS organization.
• Proactively identify potential enhancements to current systems.
• Benchmark and monitor processes as it pertains to services in-scope
