The Assistant manager will support all key functions of the Consumer Engagement Earned media team; including Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, Special Events, Product Seeding and Financial Tracking
As part of the Consumer Engagement team - this person will be a part of the seamless consumer communications messaging in an effort to build brand awareness & brand love amongst key consumer segments in the ever-evolving beauty space.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
o Work cross functionally among all CE Functions to drive US business
PR/Comms/Influencer/Eventing
o Assist PR Manager in identification and relationship building of key editors and Influencers in the US Market for Clinique

o Help create/maintain influencer database
o Track, measure and compile reports outlining all placements, press clips and awards
o Report on social listening in the market place to identify trends for Clinique to participate in
o Partner with NA PR/Influencer manager & Director on translation of global priority programs/execution in US
o Maintain product closet and mailings from Clinique
o Secure PR products with Global Marketing ahead of launch
o Attend global and North America marketing statuses and share recaps to create synergy amongst all departments
o Assist in event curation and execution, assisting with agency follow ups, product compilation, day of set up/break down, etc.
o Assist with identification of integration of PR and Influencer placements into Paid Advertising, outline and track paid rights usage, share assets with paid media manager to leverage in paid digital/social marketing efforts
o Compile and own PR + Influencer product orders, sampling forecasts and tracking
o Assist on program reporting; ensuring all campaigns are properly set-up and tracked within Tribe
Finance
o Partner with Director PR and Influencer on Finance tracking in SAP and PO Creation
o Ensure internal finance trackers are up to date with latest spends
o Manage Ad-Pro projections & actualization entries for all earned media efforts
o Own invoice resolutions
Miscellaneous
o Track and save all important documents (briefs, measurement, flowcharts, screenshots, etc.) on team SharePoint
Qualifications
- The candidate should have 2-3 years of related experience
- PR or Influencer experience required.
- Knowledge of Beauty Influencer space required
- Strong analytical skills; Comfortable with data, measurement and ability to translate to insights and optimizations
- Highly detail oriented and strong attention to details
- Outstanding communications skills (verbal, written and presentation) and a dynamic social presence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Proficiency in Tribe Dynamics a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
- Some travel will be required
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $71,000 to $106,000. Exact salary depends on several
factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on
geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a
highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance
and company results.
