In addition to delivering exceptional service to the ELC businesses each day, the GBS team will also be responsible for continuously streamlining work in pursuit of growing its service offering in support of achieving ELC's strategic and business objectives. Position Overview

The NA Region FP&A Analyst position is designed to execute opex supporting processes, including Employee Cost and T&E reporting, system uploads and refresh, among others for both Regional Office and affiliates. This role will report directly to the NA Team Lead, supporting in the transition of the E2E Employee Cost process, partnering with Analytical Ops for automation and influencing the stakeholders to evolve the business towards leaner processes and standardization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute reporting and system uploads with attention to detail, ensuring quality of the data
  • Support the Team Lead in successfully transitioning the Employee Cost Process
  • Support any requirement from the business on an ad-hoc basis
  • Support business leaders in day-to-day decision making by providing data in a management-friendly format.
  • Find synergies, benchmark processes, reports and activities internally and externally (across Regions)
  • Generate strategic insights and analysis and seek process optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience:

• Major in Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering.

• Minimum 3-5 Years of experience.

• Fully bilingual, English and Spanish.

Role Specific Competences

• Results Oriented.

• Good Stakeholder Management skills.

• Self learner.

• Microsoft Office and Excel Intermediate or advance level.
