EF is searching for Residence Coordinator this summer. This would be the perfect job to boost your CV by gaining management experience while working in an international company!
What will you be doing?
Working with the summer management team to deliver an exceptional experience to our students. A live-in position that sees you having the overall responsibility for a hotel/residence and the students/staff who are staying there.
Support a team of international leaders to ensure our students have a Home Away from Home experience. You will take care of room allocation, supervise a team of leaders and ensure the hotel staff work in harmony with your team. You will liaise with hotel owners and staff on anything from cleaning to theme events and safety.

What will you take away?
After a summer of working as a Residence Coordinator, you will leave having created truly amazing memories for your students and managed a team of international staff. You will expand your organisational skills to ensure the room allocations are maximised and the paperwork is in control.
Working with staff from around the world your communication skills will be maximised to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
Tasked with being the main responsible for the staff onsite; you will grow your leadership skills by assisting your leaders in guiding their groups from the unfamiliar to the unforgettable.
Who will you be working with?
In EF we are 52,000 staff, faculty and teachers, working in over 612 offices and schools across 52 countries, and have a global presence in 116 countries. But we are also a local team of managers, teachers, accommodation, student services and activities coordinators (plus many more) who run the school together. We have different backgrounds and many stories to share.
What is required?
To be successful in this role you must be a team player that can lead from the front, be outgoing and have great attention to detail. You have to be able to take responsibility naturally and have an ability to cope well under pressure.
We need you to be legally able to work in the UK. Therefore, you need to have a UK/EU passport or a work permit. To keep up with the standards in our school, you also need to have a fluent level of English.

Our Residence Coordinator roles are available for 4-12 weeks during June, July & August. For the shorter durations it could be combined with a leader or teacher role before or after.
