EF is searching for Activity Coordinators this summer. This would be the perfect job to boost your CV by gaining management experience while working in an international company!  

What will you be doing?

Working with the summer management team to deliver an exceptional experience to our students. You would have responsibility for the activity programme of the student experience in one of our schools and be integral in shaping the customer experience. Support a team of international leaders to plan and deliver the activities offered. There will be everything from small events for a single group of 34 students to large events of over 400.

You will help in planning & delivering safe and fun activities that will give the students a sense of the local culture while having fun with their new international friends.  A truly memorable experience, you will interact with staff and students from across the world daily.  Every day is different, you may go from working on the activity plan and administration to running epic themed Murder Mysteries while dressed as your favorite film character!

As you will be moving around the island a driving license is desirable but not a must.

What will you take away?

After a summer of working as an Activity Coordinator, you will leave having created truly amazing memories for your students and managed a team of international staff. You will expand your creative skills by enhancing activities, utilizing resources provided by EF, and by working with staff from around the world. Your communication skills will be maximized to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Tasked with being the main responsible for your activities staff; you will grow your leadership skills by assisting them guide their groups from the unfamiliar to the unforgettable.

Who will you be working with?

In EF we are 52,000 staff, faculty and teachers, working in over 612 offices and schools across 52 countries, and have a global presence in 116 countries. But we are also a local team of managers, teachers, accommodation, student services and activities coordinators (plus many more) who run the school together. We have different backgrounds and many stories to share.

What is required?

To be successful in this role you must be a team player that can lead from the front, be outgoing and have great attention to detail. You should be passionate about customer service and providing quality.

Our Activity Coordinator roles are available 4-12 weeks during June, July & August.  For the shorter durations it could be combined with a leader role before or after.
