EF Oxford is looking for amazing people to work as live-in Residence Assistant in our year-round residence International House.
This is a salaried position up to 33 hours per week, with 7 hours per week (28.5 a month in total) going towards your accommodation, including breakfast and dinner. Please only apply if looking for a live-in position.
Your main job is to make sure that the residence feels like a ‘home away from home’ for international students. Below you can find a list of some of the duties you can expect.

Residence Assistants will establish a student atmosphere for the residents, which includes various activities/events. The Residence Assistants (RAs) are responsible for preparing their respective rooms and halls prior to student/resident move-ins/outs and maintain proper supervision over their hall. RAs will also assist other RAs in the preparation of rooms and halls. The roles that RAs play in their position fall into very broad categories. The RA is expected to interact with each member of EF Staff, Property Staff, Housekeeping Staff, vendors, other RAs, as well as all students/residents
We want our customers to have the time of their lives. At the same time, we want you to have a great time whilst working with EF! The key is teamwork and the good spirit within the group. You will play a crucial role in promoting this amongst everyone involved.

RA PACKAGE:
- Accommodation provided in campus student residence in shared room (sharing with staff) off set accommodation
- Bathroom & toilet facilities shared with students
- No cooking facilities but full meal package provided in campus cafeteria as part of the compensation package, breakfast and dinner provided
- Free access to WIFI
- Opportunity to undertake specific projects if desired
