EF Summer Resident Advisor

EF International Language Campus in Santa Barbara is seeking motivated, responsible, dynamic, and community-building individuals to take on the exciting challenge of working in an international environment as a Resident Advisor. This position is a temporary, live-in position that will start immediately and go until September 2021.

The Role:

Resident Advisors perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to supporting students, answering questions, preparing welcome materials, ensuring smooth student arrivals and departures, and making sure that EF policies are enforced.  RAs are also in rotation to manage a 24-hour emergency phone dedicated to ensuring the safety of our students in the event of an emergency.  RAs should have a strong desire to provide customer service to the student body and to help make our international students feel at home while living at their residence.  RAs must be available to work evening and weekend shifts.
