EF is searching for Centre Coordinators this summer. This would be the perfect job to boost your CV by gaining hands-on management experience while working in an international company! 

What will you be doing?

You will assume overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the centre. You will be managing and providing support to the centres' temporary summer staff. You will take charge of the transportation and logistics of the centre, organising the arrival & departures of students on a weekly basis.

Student feedback plays a big part in how we monitor the success of a centre. As a centre Coordinator, you will ensure that quality targets are being delivered whilst taking key decisions to move the programme forward. You will carry out important administrative tasks for the centre. Ensuring that weekly payroll is completed for all staff working on the site.  You will be organising and checking that the required paperwork is conducted to meet EFs accreditation procedures.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop as a manager whilst delivering a world-class programme for international students.

What will you take away?

After a summer working as a Centre Coordinators with EF, you would have dealt with a number of high-pressured scenarios. Developed your management experience by having hands-on involvement in running a centre with the support of an international company. By delivering daily briefings, weekly meetings and 1-1 feedbacks to a wide range of staff you would of have truly enhanced your communication skills. By managing the senior team, you will grow your leadership skills by assisting your team in guiding their students from the unfamiliar to the unforgettable.

Who will you be working with?

In EF we are 52,000 staff, faculty and teachers, working in over 612 offices and schools across 52 countries, and have a global presence in 116 countries. But we are also a local team of managers, teachers, accommodation, student services and activities coordinators (plus many more) who run the school together. We have different backgrounds and many stories to share.

What is required?

We need you to be legally able to work in the UK. Therefore, you need to have a UK/EU passport or a work permit. To keep up with the standards in our school, you also need to have a fluent level of English. 

Our Centre Coordinator roles are available for 4-12 weeks during June, July & August.
