What You'll Do:
The mission of the Branch Investment Management is to enable branch teams to deliver the most effective portfolio solutions, in or outside of the branch, by creating personalized client engagement opportunities and transforming our product into tailored, end-to-end user journeys. Our vision is to create a portfolio management experience all branch teams love using to bring financial plans to life.

As a Software Engineer III in Branch Investment Management, you will develop solutions in a sprint team environment and have a strong focus on engineering excellence. The solutions you develop must be secure, scalable, maintainable, and in alignment with portfolio objectives. By combining advanced technical skills with interpersonal skills, you will collaborate within and across teams within the organization.

Here are a few of the key responsibilities you will be a part of:

• Code, test, and implement new applications, enhancements & bug fixes
• Translate business requirements into system design
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
• Drive the modernization of technology behind our key business processes
• Collaborate with product owners to refine stories
• Coach and mentor more junior associates

Hiring Maximum: $139194

What Experience You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in software development, including:
  • core technical skills: Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, REST, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, GIT, Scripting, React
  • experience designing modern system architecture

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
