Team Overview:
Talent Acquisition Marketing works in conjunction with Talent Acquisition recruiting and our Field recruiters, to provide strong generate recruiting leads, sales enablement tools, events and all areas of support for the attraction and conversion of Experience Advisors, Career Changers, Client Support, and Home Office team members. Our key stake holders are first Talent Acquisition Recruiting, second the field, and third internal partners that we leverage as subject matter experts from across the firm.

What You'll Do:
As the Marketing Transition Specialist II, you will play a key role in the sales enablement, conversion, and onboarding of Experienced Advisors. You will create the tools, methodology, and processes that will help increase conversion and improve the onboarding experience specifically related to marketing. By partnering with Growth Marketing and Experienced Advisor recruiting, you will help improve the experience for both potential and new recruits.

Here are a few of the key responsibilities you will be a part of:

  • Responsible for researching, developing, executing, and evaluating marketing strategies that drive mid to lower funnel candidate flow and ultimately hires. The responsibility is both proactive (originating ideas) and reactive (responding to requests from the production teams in Financial Advisor Talent Acquisition).
  • Create, organize, and enhance lower funnel conversion and facilitate transition of client attraction marketing activities for High value Experienced Advisor (HVEA) prospects/hires ($100M+ production).
  • Serve as the Talent Acquisition marketing liaison and subject matter expert to Experience Brand Marketing division for all transitioning experienced advisors.
    • Strategic thinking and strong project management skills including:
      • Candidate research: parameters, objectives
      • Develop sales enablement content for High value Experienced Advisor (HVEA) prospects, (e.g., events, collateral, videos, social, online media)
      • Selecting/tracking campaign metrics (i.e., promotion plans, sourcing strategies results, event results)
      • Evaluation: determining success/failure, and presenting results to senior management
    • Serve as the subject matter expert for Financial Advisor Talent Acquisition teams, helping them to develop attraction strategies for recently transitioned High value Experienced Advisor (HVEA) advisors.
    • Develop and maintain working partnerships (including assessing needs, deliver training, project management) with internal stakeholders and external agencies and partners.
  • Responsible for planning and project management for High value Experienced Advisor (HVEA) home office visits

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $70659
Hiring Maximum: $116516

Skills/Requirements

What Experience You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related study.
  • 8+ years' experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility, leadership, and strategic marketing; or 6+ years of marketing in the financial services industry, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility, including :
    • Thorough knowledge of assigned business area to be able to proactively develop and implement marketing/business plans to address opportunities and challenges.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Able to effectively present to all levels within the firm, including senior and executive management.
    • Broad knowledge of marketing disciplines and ability to maximize knowledge and experience to accomplish the required outcome.

  • CRM experience (Avature or others)

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our St. Louis, MO home office location are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
