The Department Leader Core Prospect Marketing is responsible for shaping and executing the end-to-end marketing strategy that drives prospect engagement across offsite media and owned digital channels. This leader oversees the activation, measurement, and optimization of paid and organic media as well as the client journey across branch and digital platforms to support lead capture, nurture and conversion.

You'll lead cross-functional collaboration across Growth Marketing and the broader firm and manage agency relationships to ensure alignment and efficiency. The role also encompasses ownership of direct mail, email marketing, landing pages, branch marketing and communications that support core prospect client journeys. You'll play a critical role in identifying capability advancement opportunities and driving marketing performance across media and digital ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the strategic deployment of marketing strategies to attract clients and build wealth across the US through connected online and offline experiences across multiple direct to consumer channels and financial advisors.
- Leads multiple capabilities within Growth Marketing including:
- Go-to-Market Strategy
- Omni-Channel Planning and Journey Orchestration
- Direct-to-Consumer Channels (including paid media and advertising, digital media, digital marketing including public website, direct mail, email and direct response marketing, social media)
- Lead Management (lead nurturing, scoring and assignment)
- Branch Marketing (including specific targeted, segmented marketing strategies and tools for financial advisors and markets to deploy growth marketing capabilities)
- Sets the vision and measures for department and hold leaders and associates accountable to deliver on Growth Marketing's objectives, KPIs and business outcomes. Accountable for department's delivery of value and contribution to business outcomes.
- Set the ambition level of department by creating a clear vision, objectives, and aggressive goals.
- Lead project teams and cross-divisional groups to identify, evaluate and implement innovative solutions to department, division, and cross-divisional challenges.

Functional:
- B.A. or B.S. in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field required. M.S/M.A./MBA strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience related to driving strategic initiatives with at least 3-5 years of direct leadership experience.
- Extensive expertise in developing and directing others to deliver strategic outcomes in large complex organizations.
- Must be able to the ability to influence and present to all levels of leadership in the organization.
- Deep understanding of business strategy and knowledge/ability to deliver programs that support business initiatives and drive desired action.
