Position Schedule: Full-Time

The Communications Consultant will join our firm's Digital, Data and Operations (DDO) division, supporting strategic, internal communications. Our Communications team supports a significant portion of our firm's home office, ensuring key messages are delivered through the right stories and channels to empower our teams to deliver on divisional and firm objectives.

What You'll Do

• Create and maintain content supporting DDO's intra-division communication and channel strategy.
• Partner with key stakeholders to establish division-focused messaging that aligns to enterprise strategy and objectives.
• Maintain intra-division communications channels to ensure consistent quality and delivery of communications.
• Analyze channel metrics to support our communication strategy.
• Support organizational change management through the creation of communication plans, messaging and resources to aid in the adoption of change.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $70659
Hiring Maximum: $116516

Skills/Requirements

What Experience You'll Need

• Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, PR, marketing or related program required
• 3+ years experience in supporting or creating strategic communication programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels
• Project management and/or change management experience a plus
• Background in IT and/or financial services organizations preferred
• Ability to work independently across different cross-functional teams
• Understanding of industry trends in effective, modern internal communications

Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
