Job Overview

Position Schedule: Full-Time

Do you enjoy customer service? Are you team-oriented? This critical role is part of the unique home office branch team dedicated to helping Edward Jones associates and their families achieve their long-term financial goals by understanding their needs and implementing tailored solutions. This valued partner will support a multiple Financial Advisor branch in delivering client service excellence using your unique experiences and background. Instead of working in an individual branch, this role works at our Headquarters location with 20 other peers in the office. We have a very collaborative environment as we work together onsite Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm.

Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account, and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program. Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to deepen client relationships and compliment and strengthen your Financial Advisor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking and attention to detail to best serve our clients and support our team.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn quickly and able to apply new information.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to respond and adapt to clients and peers with confidence.
  • Contribute to the success of HQ Investment Services by participating and supporting new initiatives, projects, or process changes.
  • Complete necessary training to stay up to date on the firms changes and regulatory information necessary for the job.
  • Some computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and Internet Explorer
