Position Schedule: Full-Time
What you'll do...
• Provide critical operational, logistical and project management support on insights efforts - things like sampling, branch communications, sourcing and recruiting research participants, programming branch surveys and managing research participant agreements.

• Lead research projects with stakeholders across the firm utilizing best practices to ensure research participants and our stakeholders have good experiences and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sr Leaders across the firm on an enterprise sample governance initiative
• Manage day-to-day usage of insights tools (survey tool, insights communities and any new tools that may be introduced), along with the development and enforcement of best practices for using assigned tools
• Manage insights vendor relationships (both primary and secondary research providers), ensuring completion of due diligence process, adherence to master services agreements and project documentation creation/execution
• Develop and dashboard research metrics to track and report, in order to drive continuous improvement and effectiveness of research efforts and provide proactive information to key stakeholders
• Build and maintain insights repositories and infrastructure to help efficiently facilitate knowledge sharing across internal stakeholders
• Drive creation, adoption, enforcement and improvement of research processes to help enable insights development

Hiring Minimum: $84100
Hiring Maximum: $143100

Qualifications Required in the Job:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing Research or related study.
Masters' of Marketing Research (MMR) Preferred
Minimum Years of Experience Required
5+ years experience in strategic market research or business analysis; or 3+ years of market research or business
analysis in the financial services industry.
• Detailed understanding of both qualitative and quantitative marketing research methodologies and
sampling designs; desire to deepen understanding of current and emerging techniques
• Strong and demonstrated critical thinking, strategic thinking, process improvement, relationship building
and problem-solving abilities
• Strong writing and communication
• Proficient with statistical techniques and analytical software such as SPSS, Excel and other
statistical software used to analyze data and calculate statistical difference and confidence intervals
• High level of understanding of data processing including data cleansing, coding, and tabulation
• Able to synthesize information from multiple sources to develop conclusions and recommendations
• Able to create dashboards in Tableau or work lead dashboard creation
• High-level knowledge of the financial services' industry's key competitors and their brand positions
• Record of cross-functional project management, with the ability to work collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel; experience with survey software, BI software, or SPSS a plus
