Job Overview

Position Schedule: Full-Time

Branch Real Estate (BRE) is responsible for supporting the physical branch office needs through the coordination of leasing, construction, lease administration, and maintenance of more than 15,000 branch office locations in the US and Canada. BRE performs these duties in a way to maximize value and minimize disruptions to our branch teams, allowing them to continue to focus on the needs of our clients.

The Senior Real Estate Strategist supports all Firm Level Strategies that impact Branch Real Estate, determine and implement the processes and guidelines for successful execution. Partner with Market Management and other key stakeholders to provide a support structure that ensures Market Leaders have the real estate strategies, resources, metrics, financial information and data at the branch, region and market level to make informed real estate decisions that progress the Market Business Plan.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure clear integration of strategy work with other firm strategic and operational initiative.
  • Lead and develop a team of associates via a Matrix Reporting Structure for enhanced contribution to strategic work.
  • Lead key initiatives (i.e. Teaming) that directly tie to firm strategy, ensuring the implementation of processes and guidelines for successful execution.
  • Provide thought leadership that helps to define and guide implementation of Market Management across Branch Real Estate.
  • Build the infrastructure within Branch Real Estate, ensuring a support structure for Market Leader, Region Leaders and Market Strategists.
  • Create the framework to design and execute Market Real Estate Plans by Region, providing the resources and tools to ensure the plan is actionable.
  • Ensure partnership, alignment and collaboration with Home Office key stakeholders, providing the initial identification of those key stakeholders
  • Determine, create and streamline workflows, processes, and guidelines necessary for executing.
  • Determine and develop reporting for data driven decision making and identify necessary system enhancements to ensure data accuracy.
  • Continue to evolve best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Hiring Minimum: $113810
Hiring Maximum: $193785

Skills/Requirements

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 10 plus years of leadership/management experience. Previous experience in project management, case management, or customer service.
  • General knowledge of broad corporate principles and practices including finance, human resources, IS, marketing, facilities, compliance, legal, etc.
  • Ability to understand the work, responsibilities, success factors, and expectations of the Financial Advisor position.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Persuasive communication required to negotiate with general partners, regional leaders and associates in other departments.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong aptitude for mastering various technology tools including Microsoft Office, database, presentation, and proprietary data management tools.
