The Vice President Product Marketing will lead our global product marketing strategy and execution. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer and revenue growth with a differentiated go-to-market strategy, world class messaging and positioning strategy and garnering market insights to inform product strategy and sales execution.

Key performance indicators will include improving growth metrics (product ARR), product adoption , competitive win rates, and sales expansion plays. This role requires building strong cross-functional partnerships with teams including product, corporate strategy, sales, and the rest of marketing.

This executive will be a key member of the marketing leadership team and  contribute to the company strategy.

  • Be a master story-teller. Develop the global messaging framework to support the current and future multi-product vision
  • Create a highly differentiated go-to-market strategy with regional marketing, sales and product  to strengthen our leadership and to win new markets and segments
  • Develop meaningful customer insights and personas for all audiences; understand the buyer, pain points, and differentiated value including segmentation and persona development
  • Create a feedback loop between product/marketing/sales to translate market feedback and the voice of the customer to help shape the product roadmap
  • Drive pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with product and Rev Ops
  • Contribute and work actively to drive product strategy and roadmap in partnership with the product leadership team
  • Think ahead and be up to speed on trends, market and regulations to help inform product strategy and GTM. Conduct market research as needed to drive product, GTM  and company strategy
  • Develop sales enablement and training materials for new products and features in collaboration with regional marketing.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing or related field, 7+ years leading and developing teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven success leading product marketing in a high growth multi-product SaaS company in the enterprise and SMB space. Global experience is required
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive organizational change and successful introduction of scalable and repeatable product marketing processes and framework
  • Experience driving global GTM strategy with product and rev ops
  • Skilled at simplifying complexity. Experienced storyteller and able to develop a memorable narrative for our products, and for different personas
  • Player coach with ability to teach and mentor the team
  • Experience managing multiple product lines across different personas and geographies
  • Domain expertise or prior experience in sustainability, supply chain or GRC
