Our Business Application department develops and maintain scalable internal systems that enable all EcoVadians to effectively support our customers in their day to day activities. The Salesforce Product Owner (PO) will have a deep knowledge of Leads, Opportunity life cycle, Sales and Marketing processes. The PO will be responsible for understanding current and new workflow requirements and developing strong working relationships inside and outside the Business Application Team. EcoVadis is looking for a highly motivated candidate to support improvements to the business processes and help drive the development of the EcoVadis SFDC org for Sales and Marketing, and our Executive Management Team. Our ideal candidate has the ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and vice-versa. You should be able to easily explain to nontechnical people how technology can help them in achieving their goals. This role will encompass advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform in addition to excellent problem-solving skills. The duties for this position include but are not limited to the following abilities:

  • Develop strong working relationships with business stakeholders to understand top priorities for their business units; communicate status of critical work in progress; mitigate impediments

  • Support the business by applying cross functional subject matter expertise of business process, systems, and integration to facilitate continuous improvement and innovation

  • Lead strategic discussions to identify opportunity areas, prioritization and support quarterly roadmap planning

  • Clearly describe the business and KPI impact of planned and delivered developments

  • Analyze data, risk, impacts, scope, and priorities for the overall business objected to meet goals

  • Provide leadership on assigned projects to the stakeholders and engineering teams throughout the project

  • Collaborate on User Documentation

  • Conduct Market/Product Research for different solutions

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure business needs are met

  • Identify and implement process improvements in Salesforce, Hubspot, Leandata and other tools used in the Digital Transformation team

  • Create Salesforce Reports and Dashboards for Salesforce users

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of progressive experience in Salesforce Product Owner,  Administration or Business Analyst

  • University or College Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related experience.

  • Salesforce Certifications: Administrator or Business Analyst

  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Lead and Sales Cycle

  • Team-oriented but able to work autonomously with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work with key stakeholders across the organization; manage laterally and upward.

  •  Desire to continually study new technologies and functionality, as well as be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies.

  • Able to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Experience with Agile methodology is preferred.

  • Required Experiences/Skills:

  • 3+ years of Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Lightning Platform), Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Analytics Cloud

  • Time management and the ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent Communication skills - both written and oral

  • Agile experience

  • Business/product owner focus

  • Ability to learn and pivot quickly, motivated to solve problems and find actionable solutions
