Job Description

The Discovery Internship Program will enable you to discover the most trusted sustainability intelligence platform and see how the different teams are working together in a  truly CSR business environment. Position description 

We are looking for an intern to join our Network Growth Team for a 3-month internship program. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, campaign reporting, and customer insights while working on strategic projects across the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. The intern will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making and enhancing customer engagement strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Campaign Data Entry & Analysis : Inputting decline reasons and other relevant data, Conducting analysis of key APJ campaigns, and identifying the top five campaigns with the highest inflow and open opportunities. Perform checks to ensure accuracy and completeness to help identify trends and provide actionable insights.

• Project Support: Assist with warm calling initiatives, preparing presentation decks, creating dashboards, and collecting internal data to support strategic projects. Also, assisting with the translation of templates into Chinese or other Asian language if fluent.

• Chinese Churn Data Collection & Analysis: Conduct interviews with 10+ churned Chinese customers to gather insights, analyze the collected data, and present findings to improve customer retention strategies.

• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven projects and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Current University Student: Eligible for an on-site internship.

• Passion for CSR and Sustainability: A strong interest in and commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability initiatives.

• Technical Skills: Comfortable using data analysis tools, creating dashboards, and preparing presentations.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to convey ideas clearly and effectively.

• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

• Detail-Oriented and Analytical: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret data accurately.

• Global Mindset: Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required; proficiency in a third Asian language (e.g., Vietnamese, Bahasa, Japanese, Korean etc.) is a plus.
