The Discovery Internship Program will enable you to discover the most trusted sustainability intelligence platform and see how the different teams are working together in a  truly CSR business environment. Position description 

We are looking for a creative and curious intern to join our Learning & Development (L&D) and Coaching Team for a 4-month Internship Program. In this role, you will assist in various aspects of our learning and development initiatives, as well as support the coaching program. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in organizational learning strategies, talent development, and coaching practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digitalization of Content: Assist in transforming learning materials into engaging digital formats, contributing to accessibility and alignment with learning objectives.
  • Course Creation & Management: Support the design, development, and management of training courses within Learning Management Systems (LMS), including content upload, learner tracking, and assessment.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Monitor learning progress, collect data on key training metrics (e.g., completion rates, engagement, and performance), and provide insights through reports to improve learning outcomes.
  • Coaching Program Design: Contribute to the conception and structuring of coaching programs, supporting the team in the creation of frameworks that enhance personal and professional growth.
  • Learning & Development Strategy: Assist in researching and supporting initiatives that align with the organization’s L&D strategy, focusing on innovation and the latest industry trends.
  • Content Design & Structuring: Collaborate in the design and structuring of learning materials, ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment with instructional best practices.

Qualifications

  • Current University Student: Eligible for an on-site internship with the ability to establish an internship agreement.
  • Passion for CSR and Sustainability: A strong interest and commitment to CSR  and sustainability initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Ability to design engaging learning experiences, bringing creativity to content delivery and program conception. 
  • Understanding of LMS and Learning Theories (as a plus): basic knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms for course delivery, tracking and assessment, and familiarity with learning theories are advantageous. 
  • Proactive and Solution-Oriented: Creative approach to problem-solving and a proactive mindset.
  • Detail-Oriented and Analytical: Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret training effectiveness using surveys, assessments and LMS data. 
  • Global Mindset: Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment. An open-minded, proactive, and positive attitude with a passion for personal and professional growth.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

  • Location: Barcelona
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week
  • You must be living and studying in the location advertised
