The Enablement & Solution Consulting team’s mission is to enable action from insight. We are responsible for ensuring customers understand the value and practical application of EcoVadis solutions, so that they can progress on their sustainable procurement journey. We are also responsible for increasing the effectiveness of all Frontline roles (Sales, Customer Success and Services of Engagement) via high adoption of new skills, tools & processes, and of solutions & regulation expertise. 

As the Inside Sales Enablement Business Partner for Services of Engagement (SEN), you will play a critical role in driving the success of our SEN organization by developing and executing strategies to enable the various teams of SEN, which include Network Growth, Rated Customer Success, Membership Expansion and Customer Care. You will collaborate closely with SEN leaders, training teams, and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities for improvement, design impactful and measurable enablement programs, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder management,  project management skills, and a deep understanding of inside sales processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Strategic Planning:

  • Strategically partner with SEN leadership to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in SEN knowledge, skills, and resources.

  • Develop an effective and measurable enablement strategy aligned with company objectives and SEN priorities.

2) Content Development and Management:

  • Curate SEN content, including training materials, playbooks, scripts, and relevant marketing collateral.

  • Coordinate SEN experts to ensure content is up-to-date, relevant, and accessible to the various SEN teams through centralized repositories or learning management systems.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop specialized training modules for product launches, new market expansions, or SEN process improvements.

3) Training and Development:

  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance capabilities of the various SEN roles, including product knowledge, objection handling, account management, and inside sales methodologies.

  • Partner with external and internal trainers to facilitate workshops, webinars, and on-demand learning sessions.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.

4) SEN Process Optimization and Knowledge Management

  • Collaborate with Operational Excellence and SEN experts to analyze SEN processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.

  • Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to enhance content accessibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with other Revenue Operations teams and SEN leaders to ensure seamless integration of SEN enablement initiatives with existing systems and processes.

5) Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of SEN enablement initiatives with broader organizational objectives.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Solution Consulting to develop messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for products and solutions.

6) Performance Measurement and Reporting:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of SEN enablement initiatives on productivity, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to track progress against KPIs and provide insights to SEN leadership.

  • Use data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for further optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales enablement,  sales operations, or related roles within a SaaS, technology or B2B environment.

  • Deep understanding of inside sales methodologies, processes, and tools (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms, content management systems).

  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful inside sales enablement programs that drive measurable results.

  • Passion for sustainability, supply chain, and sustainable procurement.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and coordinate with senior leaders.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Certifications in inside sales enablement, project management, or related fields are a plus.

  • Verbal and written fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw (4 office days per month) / Full remote from Poland
