As a HR & Admin Associate, you will support the HR team in the day-to-day operations related to personnel administration, payroll reporting and the onboarding process for our offices in Germany, the UK, and Sweden.
Please note that this role is maternity cover, limited to a 14-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
- Supporting preparatory payroll (close collaboration with external payroll providers in relevant locations)
- Preparing contracts, appendixes and other documents related to the whole employment life cycle
- Maintaining employees files, updating data in the HR system
- Taking part in the onboarding and orientation of new employees to the organization
- Supporting planning and execution of internal and external training
- Managing benefits across relevant locations
- Ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Supporting in the preparation of reports and statistics
- Providing guidance linked to all HR policies and local practices
- Supporting the Regional HR Manager as well as the Global HR Team in various projects
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the HR field (including payroll, personal admin, training)
- Degree in Human Resources or Administration-related studies
- Professional work attitude and outgoing personality to collaborate with all levels of staff, while maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Native German and very good command of English
- Very good communication skills
- Paying close attention to details
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, autonomous, willingness to learn
- Agility and ability to adapt to fast changing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and G-Suite
We do offer a hybrid work model, however the role is based in Berlin, where the majority of our team is allocated.
