We’re a profitable, scaled SaaS company with 1,700+ employees worldwide, expanding our demand generation program. This is a rare opportunity to shape and scale a growing function in a traditionally sales-led organization—now with unprecedented executive support and investment in marketing. As Demand Generation Manager, you’ll own and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Paid Search (PPC) to accelerate pipeline growth across five core markets. This is a hands-on role, focused on performance marketing, conversion optimization, and full-funnel demand generation to drive revenue at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Gen, Paid Media & Growth Strategy
- Scale LinkedIn Ads and Google Paid Search to drive enterprise pipeline and SQLs.
- Optimize bidding, targeting, and creatives for improved conversion and ROI.
- Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies aligned with enterprise sales cycles.
- Manage a six-to-seven-figure budget with a focus on efficiency and impact.
- Conduct incrementality tests and refine strategies based on performance data.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends.
Conversion & Funnel Optimization
- Improve landing pages, lead forms, and ad experiences to increase conversions.
- Use intent data to refine targeting and improve lead quality.
- Build retargeting and nurture campaigns to accelerate deal velocity.
ABM & Executive Targeting
- Execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns via LinkedIn and Google.
- Partner with Sales to engage C-level buyers with tailored strategies.
- Use LinkedIn and intent data to target high-value enterprise accounts.
Measurement & Optimization
- Actively participate in attribution strategy in partnership with Director of Marketing Ops and VP of Growth marketing to track impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Optimize Cost per SQL, Cost per Opportunity, and ROAS.
- Refine lead scoring and nurture workflows with RevOps.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in demand generation or growth marketing within B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience building and scaling demand generation programs that drive pipeline growth.
- Hands-on expertise in SEM, paid social, ABM, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Strong analytical skills, including attribution modeling and budget optimization for ROI.
- [Preferred] Background in enterprise B2B SaaS and a passion for ESG initiatives.
